These plans are available for those participating in the nutrition challenge. The addition of exercises will further help you lose weight and gain muscle tone which helps to burn fat and increase bone health while also reducing your chances of osteoporosis among other diseases.

Plan Includes

  • Select the workout you would like to perform on the days you decide to exercise

How it works

  • Hydrate daily with half your desired body weight
  • Follow either your meal plans or the macro plan I give you
  • Add daily movement whenever you can (a walk, exercise 15 min. or more. Take stairs when you have the option.
